Empowering Independent Lives with Compassionate Support

At Care Cabin Health, we believe that independence should be possible for everyone—no matter the challenges they face. Our Supported Living services are designed to provide just the right level of help so that you or your loved one can live safely, confidently, and with dignity in your own home or shared tenancy.

We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we work alongside individuals, families, and professionals to create personalised care plans that build skills, encourage independence, and promote wellbeing.

What is Supported Living?

Supported Living is about giving people the tools, encouragement, and care they need to live the life they choose. Whether it’s help with daily tasks, guidance with budgeting, or support in accessing education and work, our services are tailored to the goals and aspirations of each individual.

How We Support You

Our person-centred approach ensures that every aspect of your care is built around you. We take the time to understand your needs, your ambitions, and what a fulfilling life looks like for you. Support may include:

Our Person-Centred Approach

Every individual has their own strengths, challenges, and aspirations. That’s why we co-produce support plans with our clients and their families. Together, we set small, achievable goals that build confidence and independence over time—for example:

Preparing a meal unaided

Taking the bus independently

Managing bills with minimal support

We celebrate each milestone and regularly review progress to make sure support evolves as needs change.
